Slow and constantly timing out

The forum seems to be bogged down quite a bit for the past few days. I can assure you that it is not me making changes to the forum.

It seems that the web host's servers (my suspicion are the SQL servers) seem to be going through some sort of maintenance/upgrade/repair. I've called tech support but have had no luck getting through. After being placed on hold for quite some time, all I got was the "large volumes of calls" message before it finally hung up on me. I guess there are many customers going through the same thing.

I'm sorry for this whole thing. I hope they fix it soon.

I just discovered something. According to their website, "iPOWER has gone green". They are now 100% running on wind energy. Maybe their hasn't been much wind where they are? Damn.

And of course, now that I've opened a ticket with my complaint, they fixed it. I'm about to check their tech's response. I imagine it will be something like, "what are you talking about?"

Once again, sorry for the inconvenience. I wish they had a server status page or something.
